dr. organic coconut oil body oil c/o holland & barrett
so if i've successfully worked this out, this post should be going live whilst i've either just touched down in lanzarote after about seven hours of being up and about travelling. i will try and update on my blog whilst away if i can (no promises!) but if not i can guarantee i'll be popping some snaps up on my instagram which you can follow or check out either by clicking a link below my signature, or from the sidebar where i have a preview of my posts. the products featured in today's post are products that i will be keeping firmly by my side throughout my holiday in my oversized ASOS clutch which bought to keep them in whilst carrying in my beach bag. the key to looking after your skin on holiday in a new climate is hydration. alongside drinking plenty of water, i will make sure i moisturise as much as i can as i know how flaky my skin becomes when i return home after a holiday. to tackle this problem i will be using my burt's bees hand cream and dr. organic coconut oil to make sure my skin is soft and dewy. for my face i don't want to use heavy products throughout the day time as that makes you susceptible to breakouts, so i will only be applying my trusty origins vitazing moisturiser as it provides the boost i need to brighten my skin and even out redness. then of course to keep on top of being hydrated (again) i will be giving myself a spritz of caudalie beauty elixir every few hours to keep it refreshed. i want to put as least effort in as possible to looking good on holiday which means haircare really won't be a priority. i'm hoping that the bamboo tousled texture mist will be good enough to give me the effortless waves i want on holiday without resorting to my curlers. finally, for days when my skin gets a little too dewy i will have my trusty benefit porefessional anti-shine powder to apply and put the shine at bay. what do you think, have i missed any products i should have taken with me as my must have products?
